    Solved my own issue. It was Dynmap (I added in aftwards to generate world maps) that caused mystrcraft worlds to crash. Hopefully this can help any others who had this issue

    Problem Mystcraft worlds crash server

    Running the latest Direwolf20 pack, for some reason, generating any type of mystcraft world crashes the server. You get sent to it, you see the sky, like you're floating in air, then after a while, the system times out. The console does not output any errors, but the process of the server...
