No, I lowered it to 768MB because I thought it would work with lower memory setting. =\

I noticed I do have the "Run as" option for regular Minecraft but not for the launcher

There is no "run" option, my computer is old so that might be why.

I have tried to download it many times, but the same thing happens every time. I have Java 7 now and I placed the launcher in my C drive but it still doesn't work. My file path is C:\Documents and Settings\Dell\Desktop for when it's on my desktop and just C:\ for when it's in my C drive...

About halfway through the downloading of the Mod Pack, it just finishes instantly and goes to the Minecraft menu. But it's vanilla Minecraft without any mods on it. I tried to download it four times and they all just instantly finished halfway through and went straight to vanilla Minecraft...
