for more info this is what My log reads whilst saying that I can not connect

everyone who tries to connect runs into the "Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out" and I can't seem to get anything to work.. when I was running a homebrew server there wasn't a problem as soon as I went to a hosting site I ran into a ton of errors
FYI I'm trying...
