    Solved small stutter every 1.5 second on local server

    so i made a server recently for me and my friends to play on. its the ftb unleashed pack recommended version. the problem is the server itself is stuttering every 1 second for 0.3 seconds. that means in that 0.3 seconds it doesnt and between the stutters its running perfectly fine with ticks...
