    Mac Setting up server Mods ideas

    i am looking for ideas to help my server what i want is a mod or mods that can allow me to set a new spawn, disable stuff to different groups of people, protect areas, travel commands e.g. /spawn /home and that is all i am looking to know what mod is best for this or even mods if they do not lag...
