Update: Found a fix for my problem. For some reasiion in the settings of the launcher my download threads was maxed out. I changed it to one download thread and was able to download without a problem and every thing is working fine.
I am also having the same issue. It started a couple weeks ago and before that I was able to download packs just fine.
Update: I can download a pack now but when I go to launch the pack it fails and the .log says its missing dependencies. attaching latest.log file.
