Those are prismarine blocks. They have an animated texture that changes their color. And what's the block at the end of the hall? It might just be water, but Iunno.

To be fair, the past updates have been pretty major (1.2.5 - 1.3, for example, and now 1.4.7 - 1.5.1) but Forge has runtime deobfuscation now which should help the devs majorly.

Swords+ hasn't been updated since 1.3, and instead there is going to be a followup called AltriaCraft. The mod author (StarShadesJack) has stated his dislike for DivineRPG, so I don't see it happening.
