Yes I am having the same issue. Here is the crash log: http://pastebin.com/WqpHmimd I tried changing the java path in the FTB launcher options to an appropriate version, but to no avail. If I do java -version, it gives me Yet in FTB Launcher it says the Java version is 1.8_something or other.

yes except for trees and flowers. This is exactly my point though. "You are not supposed to" is not enough to prevent it from happening in open competition.

The chest at start needs to be protected from breaking. It's too easy to cheat and get the iron chest that much quicker.

Except for the bit that quantum Computers cannot store or transfer tile entities (such as chests). I was thinking the exact same thing up until Dire showed a chest trying to be energized. Oh well.

I have a suggestion. Add a section to the launcher for pure client side mods and their configs. Whenever you launch a mod pack, you could copy these mods and configs to the mod pack instance. This way those who like Rei's mini map could always use it in any modpack, or those who like Zan's could...
