Yea, I figured out the problem. The config for Extrabiome is different in the player versions than in the server version. The server version has all the biomes enabled while the player version has some biomes disabled and apparently, that changes the terrain generation completely. What I did was...
Like the title states, my multiplayer world is generating a different world than the one I generated in my single player world and I don't know why. Both are using the Ultimate Pack and using the same seed. Maybe it's something with Extrabiomes?
