It's crashing when Loading the server

This is for starting a server on Mac, not for playing the pack.

My Entire log is 1mb so I can't post it onto Pastebin, you want the ForgeModLoader-server-0-1.log correct?

I keep getting this error [INFO] [STDERR] java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space I've given it 6gb of ram to use.
