No i'm on a windows HP laptop

when I try to create a new world on the ultimate pack it says Shutting down internal server :(. Please help!

today it started downloading ,but it takes forever and then when its done it says error downloading modpack

I did and there are no mods,core mods, or jar mods.

I'm using the .exe but ill try the .jarI tried the .jar and it still is vanilla minecraft when its done loading

Yea I deleted the .ftblauncher folder and yes I am on a windows

I've done that like 6 times ,and I deleted everything that has any thing to do with FTB and sill no mods :(

When I launch any of the mod packs there are no mods :(. its just like vanilla.
