they're easy enough to find, but yes once you found a villager that offers them cheaply. as for nodes, i personally dont have a problem seeing them without a meter/goggle so i just walk around and scan it when i need to and use goggles when im crafting.

also.. lil tip, eat knowledge fragments as you will gain 1-3 of each primal aspect. i would also avoid exploring new areas with goggles of revealing instead of the meter. using the meter gives you the research points when you find a new node and from what i have noticed the goggles dont do that.
