Ok we did install a fresh new Server which runs parallel to the old one. No Problems so far. So it is definitley something with the server itself. :/

Thank you for this fast respond. We already removed all Traincraft stuff on the map. I will disable the mod i think. Maybe this helps. Anyways this crashreport doesn't show up within last trys. There wasn't a crashreport in the crashreport folder at all. So i think the traincraft thingy is fixed...
