    Computers are just weird like that. I would advise getting a 16x16 texture pack that is not the default one. A simple texture pack . I use famillar yet different texture pack and I don't get that much lag.

    Thanks elemilo I was using optifine and now I use C2 and world loading works fine. Thanks again!
