You're screwed and need to use cheat mode to teleport out (Earth's not there anymore), so don't do that. :) I believe the teleport command to get you back to the Moon is somewhere in in this thread.

I had no problems making a hoe (previous and current version of the map). How are you trying to make it? Standard vanilla 2 sticks and 2 planks?

Quite easily with minechem if you've got the chemical decomposer and synthesizer from the quest line. Decompose obsidian from an obsidian generator and make the sand from silicon dioxide.

I've noticed that the sorting chests stop working after rocketing between planets. Restarting the game fixes them. I don't have a RF tools transmitter yet.

I haven't found any Moon dungeons myself yet. I found Einsteinium fairly easy to make with my setup so far. Decompose Obsidian and make boatloads of sand. use Ex-Nihilo barrels with mycellium to create witchwater. Automate water and sand feeding into the barrels and you can get stacks of...

I was able to do it with a wooden pickaxe, so pretty much any. And yeah, empty hand kills the block, so don't do that. :)

Are you breaking them with a pick? I don't have that problem.

Ack, forgot about that. Still automating the autohammerer could make it more painless to get iron while doing other things.

And in addition to this, autosieve with fortune upgrade + autohammerer + fortune upgrade boosts results even more. Sucks up a ton of power though.

I assume Minechem will help with regenning for the "survive" part?

It takes RF. Capacitor and other items have a charging slot you can toss it in.

I found that when I created torches in an atmosphere, they stayed vanilla torches in my inventory. When I created them in a vacuum, they turned into Galactic torches in my inventory and didn't count. IE. Craft in a oxygen sealed room. btw, there's also a 5x5 mode on that pick. :)

As a reminder, break and replace your decomposers after the latest update. They have a tendency to eat your resources till you do.

I just use transfer pipes myself.

I just built a treefarm and feed the logs into the decomposer to make cellulose, then the cellulose through the decomposer to make carbon, etc. Makes boatloads of carbon, then feed that carbon into the synthesizer to make the nanotubes. Not too difficult.

Yep, you have lava gen/barrel/whatnot. Fluid transfer node to transfer pipes to the side of a stone barrel. Might need world transfer upgrade to get it to pump (or put on bottom of source). That feeds lava to the barrel. Item transfer node from chest/barrel with red stone to the top of your...

Do you have any in your inventory? I think some of the quests give them. It might see that.

Obsidian's pretty easy to make though, with the pure awesomite blocks (8x lava gen).

You can make a transfer node with an energy pipe (no glass needed).
