That's fine! I was just concerned about it ignoring config options! I usually just go straight to endoflames since Vazkii initiated the change (which is annoying and expensive unless on crazy producing modpack, but livable)

My botania flowers are ageing out, the config file reads -1 for the setting which should stop them from ageing, but they're going anyhow, is this botania or some sort of conflict? Edit: Also Test Dummy quest did not give me the artifact armor reward

Ummm, I was doing some dungeon stuff on solo, and in that hour or so it took me, I mysteriously learned all of the Ars Magica spell bits? I'm only level 13 or so, everything including the really nifty spells are all learned... I don't recall clicking anything, I haven't used any commands besides...

Really liking the modpack! Thanks for all your hard work putting it together! I was wondering why there are so few mobs, even at night, I've got 2 or three tainted creepers who've been hanging out for a few days, no other monsters unless I go near one of the nodes, I actually had trouble...

How do you set it up with the drawers? I'm terrible at Botania and other magic mods (its where I struggle most in the modpack really)

Could you accomplish this by doing the repeatable quests for essence from the quest book? I think you should be able to make a quest book in the spirit world, yes?

I am unable to edit the HQM to recover my lost quests, I have not the permissions needed? is there a way around this please? I am not playing server... I have accomplished this, I apparently am simply unable to type a simple command :P

just as a thing, I'd like to thank the mod dev(s) for all their hard work, its a great pack, and very comprehensively integrated. I understand that causes conflicts and that this stuff happens, and I'm hoping that it isn't overwhelming and you'll continue to progress! Anyhow, thanks again!

There are a number of 'let's plays' PurpleMentat's is very helpful, although a bit outdated now, I recommend watching it when you get stuck. He's quite thorough.

use a shovel to pick up dirt, or they'll spawn, mattock doesn't count, if you kill them, sometimes they spawn larger ones, they're Khendrel Keghts, (dire slime in the references) Edited for clarity.

is there actually any later use for petals? I started to make a botania petal farm... then couldn't find any use for them

they do need to be in a darker location, not completely dark (IE yellow X's with f7 is enough, where mushrooms require red) :)
