Are my Steam Boiler calculations correct?

I have a 3x3 Liquid Firebox with 36 HP Steam Boiler running on Biofuel. This setup should in theory create 36*20 steam/tick = 720steam/tick. Each turbine requires 320steam/tick and I want to be running too, so that leaves me with 720-320-320 = 80steam/tick to produce some MJs. For those...

Is there any way to automate the rotor repair? And do Steam Turbines output 100EU/t? Because in this page it says "Turbine IC2 output decreased to 50 EU/t;"

I have something like 20k buckets worth of Biofuel stored in tanks and I would like to use that to power my Matterfabricator. What's the best way to go?

Blaze Rods to MJ? How can I use them?

I have spent some time in the nether and I've found 5 blaze spawners and I've made myself a tier 5 blaze spawner which is already up and running, giving me loads of blaze rods I won't use. Can I produce energy (preferably MJs or EU) with this efficiently?

Whitelist Server Gamer's FTB Server [Few Slots] [Friendly]

Hello there, I have a small FTB server that I bought to play with a couple friends, but unfortunately they aren't playing often anymore, so I thought I could get a few extra players so the server isn't always so empty. IP: 212.83.63.40 Rules: - Griefing is NOT tolerated. I've...

Bauxite - Keep it as ore or as dust?

I get aluminium out of the ore, not the dust? My ore processor will only have a macerator and a furnace, all the more complicated ore processing will still run manually. The only question is: keep my bauxite ores as is or macerate them and then keep them?

Bauxite - Keep it as ore or as dust?

I'm in the process of making a relatively automated ore processor, and I have this doubt: Should I macerate all my Bauxite Ores and keep the dusts or just keep the raw ore? Currently I don't use any bauxite, but I read that it will be pretty important and I don't want to waste it all up...

    Automating Electrical Engines?

Individually they don't output more than 3EU/t. I guess that I will replace those with tin if I ever need the glass fiber cables in the future then!

    Automating Electrical Engines?

Using the EU-Reader right before the batbox it measured 9EU/t, but if it is only per source then this was a huge waste of diamonds, since they only output 2EU/t each :\

    Automating Electrical Engines?

We have already made an EU-Reader and it's indeed useful. We couldn't use the tin cables since they are not able to support the combined voltage of the 6 wind mills we have so far.

    Automating Electrical Engines?

We spent almost all our diamonds trying to achieve a renewable power source. The solar panels were still too expensive, since we have GregTech recipes on our Mindcrack installation. I think that with that copper setup we are not losing that much energy, but we'll upgrade it when we get more...

    Automating Electrical Engines?

Regarding the power loss due to the long copper cables, I've made a few changes, let me know if this is optimized now. The longest copper cable runs from the corner Batbox until the other batbox powering the furnace and it is only 4 cables long.

    Automating Electrical Engines?

It is between two cables, the other one is not visible on that picture, it is the one that runs from the wind mills as this: I guess this is correct, right?

    Automating Electrical Engines?

The windmills are located at y=149 and they are connected to the batbox with glass fiber cable. Anyway, I didn't understand how adding batboxes will automatically enable or disable the electrical engine. Here's the pic from the otherside:

    Automating Electrical Engines?

I've started a small server (Mindcrack) to play with some friends a few days ago. We have some industry stuff done and we decided to go with the Pulverizer instead of the Macerator, and as we have a small Wind Mill farm pumping out many EUs, we powered the pulverizer with an Electrical Engine...
