Are it's possible to get plugins in FTB servers? (I had seen many servers with no plugins)

I click launch in FTB and the console close and pop up again there is now minecraft nearby to mojang and so it's crashing. I have don't added some mods.

Can FTB get Greuduko because it's beautiful.
