I tried a few runs with pipes and boarding rail to stop the train but I couldn't make a viable connection. I was hoping there was ome magic out there I was missing. This mod is way too cool not to use.

I'm trying to do exactly what you're saying with the scrap becoming a fuel source. The trouble I'm having is that the scrap defaults to the top slot in the generator, when piped in, instead of the fuel source. How do I force it to become fuel?
