The easiest way I've found to get blood in the smeltery is Railcraft's blood stained block. It's just some raw beef or zombie flesh combined with smooth sandstone. Melt it down in the smeltery and you have blood. I preferr this since it's easy to make and easy to keep some on hand.

Scroll down the download page a bit and you will see a file named "FTBInfinityServer-2.3.5-1.7.10.zip". This contains the full server download. I'm not sure why the main download button gives you that but it does.

Try deleting colorpalette.html and colorpalette.json in your journeymap folder. They probably just need to be recreated if you added the resource pack after starting your world.

I've nothing against Java 8. I run it on my client. Now just isn't a good time to ask everyone to switch. Should be interesting when the Horizons pack updates Matter Overdrive and half the people can't launch the pack anymore.

It looks like a problem with a chunk loader in DIM_MYST15. Most likely there are corrupt chunks which can either be fixed by removing them with MCEdit or deleting the region files for DIM_MYST15 and letting it regen. It's possible deleting the chunk loader with MCEdit could get you up and...
