Well the launcher I came across that did it is called mineUK

The other launcher had Mindcrack and Direwolf modpacks.

I noticed a launcher today that downloads 2 modpacks that are on the FTB launcher, 1 of which I thought was exclusive to the FTB launcher and this got me wondering if this was actually allowed? Are other launchers allowed to download FTB modpacks?

Wouldn't it be possible to talk to the FTB team and ask if they could include the modpack required to play on the map with the launcher and also have the map downloadable kinda like how they did it with the 1.2.5 FTB map.
