I'm having trouble getting this to work. I'm using the Curse launcher. I extracted the files and put everything in the mods folder. "The mods and versions listed below could not be found IC2: any". What am I doing wrong?

Does anybody know of any good island seeds? I want to create a new world and want to start on a medium to big sized island.

Thanks for the suggestion. I put it in the pack. Unfortunately, faux feathers are far beyond my means of making right now. I'm going to have to just suck it up and rely on the IC2 crops to get what I want. I think I'll keep The Vegan Option in anyways, though.

Thanks, though I'm "role-playing" my character to not harm animals; and the animal trap would qualify as harming animals. I haven't seen any PneumaticCraft plants, but noticed that they're going to be disabled soon. Centrifuging is a bit of a ways off for me, but it seems it's either that or...

Is there any way in this pack to obtain leather, feathers, and ink sacs without killing animals for them or having to deal with the IC2 crops?

Okay, so then there's no way to do it with a forestry raintank?

It says I can pipe the water into it, but I can't get any fluid pipes to attach to the QDS. I've tried the small wooden fluid pipes and some small bronze fluid pipes as well. Trying to put buckets of water into it doesn't work either.

So, that Water from the Sky quest; has it been fixed yet? I have 2,000 units of water in the raintank, but I can't complete the quest. The quest book mentions a QDS block. What's that?

I'm not sure why it's not showing up for you. I'm playing on the "recommended" version. I did say "tine", not "tina"; so that seems to appear correctly for you. I do see the cyprium you're talking about, but there's also the coppon I was talking about too.

Got a question about charcoal. I stopped playing a while ago since maybe around version 3.1.14 and I remember being able to make a coke oven easily. Now it seems I need to make a mixer in order to get the materials for it? Is there any way to make charcoal in the pre-electric days?
