    help i run a DW20 server

    I updated my server today after noticing the client update, I did not have this issue. Neither did any of my players. That error means either: 1) That the server isn't updated correctly, or 2) That your client isn't updated. Restart the server, and double check that you don't have old versions...

    Can I manually update mods on my server?

    It's better to just wait until the entire pack is updated, to be honest. Makes it easier for the users, as well. One thing you need to check before starting (noobie mistake, but I managed to get caught in it today) is that the old version of the mod you updated isn't still in the mods folder...
