Nevermind, switched to an olderversion and put the library folder in literally every directory because i couldn't figure out where it wanted it so yeah.. anyways i got it working.
I followed the steps provided by both myserver host and ftb on how to install ftb infinity on a server.
If you wondering what i all did:
Added the ftb.jar in the /jar directory
set the server to run off said jar
uploaded the libraries folder into the /jar directory aswell
