if i recal correctly the only rod that works for arrows is a wooden one, i ran into the same issue making my first set of arrows.

the enderio farmer is nice, but in this modpack it's really hard to make, takes more than half a million cobble. It's a very late game thing that eventually replaces the steve's carts farmer and wood cutter

The steve's cart fertilizer addon seems to work on the ender lillies. stuff a bunch of bone meal into it and you should get a nice supply of them, though it sucks that steve's carts farmer can't replant them, unless it's through some weird cart addon i haven't noticed yet.

As far as i've seen the only ores below surface are in ravines & near the bottom of volcanos. I have heard that oregeneration on the moon & the planets beyond is normal so the minecart could probably be used there, but I haven't reached that far yet.

In the latest version on curse (0.28.7) the issue has been fixed.

After some further testing, the culprit for these crashes seems to be the update to flaxbeard's steam Power. Reverting this one to the version used in 1.3.0 solved the issue for me.

You can refill camelpacks with fresh water bottles, in case you didn't know you can also attach the camelpack to a piece of armor and still refil it the same way.

@karmarcharger There seems to be an issue with chunk generation in the nether since 1.3.1, i'm getting consistent crashes when generating new chunk in the nether. Happens in newly generated worlds as well as the old ones.

I didn't try it since I had no clue how to insert my old world into a new one and found out quite early that it's the contents of the HardcoreQuesting folder(aka the HQM save) that was causing the issue, for me at least. Here's how mine is setup (standing in front looking at it): - right side...

I haven't found another solution, haven't found an editor that can make sense out of the save file so what i did was use the \hqm edit command and used the questbook of cheats to restore my progres and then trashed all the double rewards.

After upgrading i had the loading issue as well, it seems to be caused by the HQM save. After deleting it I no longer had the loading issue. Haven't found a way to carry over the quests progression, probably have to cheat it. Crash report seems to indicate it's an issue cause by HQM as well...
