I need help! Playing on Regrowth, and can't plant anything. Anyone please help.

The problem went like this: I was playing, before update, and planting the diamond and emerald seeds on the crops. Later after the update, I was trying to speed up the growth with the magical fertilizer, but it didn't work. So I broke it and tried to replant, but it wouldn't work.

I need HELP! I am playing Regrowth, and realized that I can't plant crops, only a few. IDK if it's a bug or I'm doing something wrong. I am in the newest version of Regrowth. Please can anyone HELP?!
