Without details, your best bet is trial and error. However, two things. 1, you won't receive support most likely, 2, there's no real reason to disable them.

You need to allocate more memory to Minecraft.

Test with a vanilla server, see what happens.

In the future please use something like pastebin or gist to host large section of text. A full copy of her log and yours would be appreciated, but I would suggest immediately reinstalling both packs (Backup your world first) and ensuring the server is set up correctly.
