Yes. I found the problem: I should have realized it was too bright in the room, but there shouldn't have been any light. It turned out to be an Arcane Lamp two rooms away. I didn't realize those created light through walls.

Call me stupid.. it's ok, really! I've read the vanilla wiki, seen a couple of videos, and I still cannot get brown mushrooms to grow.

Is it possible to change the vanilla recipe for fermented spider eye from using brown_mushroom to listAllMushroom? I'm working on the Ludicrite and need brown mushrooms. I have no idea how to make brown mushrooms. It would be happier if we could use brown, red, or white ones.

Technically speaking, you did not make the Thermal one. Tier 4 doesn't count. Anything less than Tier 5 is trash ;)

Anyone find obsidian totem blocks anywhere? They are normally world-gen, but not in the deep dark. I think we need a recipe added for them. You need at least 12 of them to build the Thaumic Tinkerer enchanter.

How did you get Vibrant Quartz Glass for the Knowledge Core? I had 5 of them which I think I got either as a quest reward or reward bag. They don't seem to be craftable.

I'm not finding any Bottle of Enchanting in the dungeons and the two Clerics in the Town cube don't offer them; I have both at tier 4. The third cleric might have it, but I took his soul and put it into a crystal, long ago.

Applied Energistics + Thaumcraft = Thaumic Energistics. I won't do Thaumcraft without it anymore. I've done Vanilla Thaumcraft plenty o' times. So yes, I've added Thaumic Energistics. It simply has to be that way. But I can't make an Arcane Assembler because it requires a Thaumium Bossed...

Villagers (and Iron Golems) are blacklisted from EnderIO powered spawners (by default, and I checked, the mod pack author has not changed it). Is this intentional? Do I really have to resort to Vanilla breeding mechanics for villagers?

AE Blank Patterns require three glowstone dust each. Given that glowstone is rather rare and expensive, perhaps the blank pattern recipe should be changed to use something else.
