If I've understood this crash log then the Adrenaline Seeds caused the crash when dropped. Found them in a chest in one of the Roguelike Dungeons(I think that's the mod, the dungeon that's a castle tower made of snow and quartz), was swapping inventory stuffs with someone and the game crashed...

The quests for the Steam Shovel, Drill and Saw don't detect the relevant items when they're fully charged. Also, has anyone else had trouble getting Creeper Plant Seeds? I'm not sure I want to know how many creepers I killed before getting some seeds.

In the quest "Tool Upgrades" in "Getting Started!" the crafting of the Clay only detects when I made the Clay from 4 clay balls and not when I pulled it out of the barrel. Judging by the wording in the quest book I'm guessing this isn't working as intended. I don't know how much effort it would...

It's a shame that's the mod that's causing the issue. Looks like I'll be disabling it while I make Compressed Iron, but I've been enjoying the fact that it adds to the whole thing of blocks having weight. Cheers again :)
