OK so the real main problem after crashing 50 times I'm not kidding is enetbridge the mod creates the problem if that doesn't work disabling it I don't know what to say.

If your using ender io then set the energy conduit to insert only that's how i fixed my part of your problem.

Once more i fixed it apparently i had a rednet energy cable that was trying to make a tile behind a IC2 machine except it would fail and crash the server so i had to uninstall IC2 all of the components then destroy the rednet cables then reinstall IC2.

I found a solution apparently all I had to do was erase my character data . Although first i had to save it and reload certain things such as inventory through NBTExplorer.
