I think the latter is correct, it just happened to meet conditions and reset sometime after that, curious shop loyalty is still counting.

What I mean is that I think I still have an actual score even though it's not displaying. Or once you reach a required amount for a task is it then logged and remain even if the rep resets for whatever reason?
