I had the same error once. This was after i edited an ftb utilities json file and forgot to close the values (error indicates an error in a Json file).
Dit you edit a json file recently or checked out some files and maybe edited it by accident?
Mekanism does not have retrogen so you will only find osmium in newly generated chunks.
You could (if you have not build there) delete the Aroma mining age default in this modpack is i believe 2 check the armoma 1997dimension.cfg
