There is a mod that adds an ender compass. In fact I think it's called Ender Compass and should be located on curse. Can't link at the moment as I'm at work.

The TE Nullifier will do fluids or items, also the AE2 Condenser though that's more turning it into something else than destroying. Sure there are a couple others, but drawing a blank at the moment.

Works in SSP just fine. Just realize the fps drop is going to be pretty severe while it is working. I generally switch to creative while I am generating the chunks and then just go do something else. Just a heads up you do need mobiuscore as it has some dependency's.
