If you are doing a custom build and only play FTB/MineCraft on it I would say look into Linux as an alternative to Windows. It's free so there's no harm in trying.

My guess it that it stores the hash, so you can't get it back. If you can still login to ftb you can prove to mojang you are the legit owner by logging into a server and have them reset the pass with a new mail.

If it can't load OpenAL, your sound might be borked. But everything else will work just fine.

The issue is a corrupted modpack def. If you're on windows there should be a folder called ModPacks in %APPDATA%\.ftblauncher. Delete that folder and relaunch the FTB launcher, it will trigger a redownload of the pack defs and fix it. It won't hurt your worlds.

If optifine isn't the problem and you could always try to remove chickenchunks mod and not use the CC chunkloaders (if you need chunkloading, you can use railcrafts), as it seems that the error has to do with ChickenChunks (If a lot of chunks get forceloaded at the same time ChickenChunks borks...

Can you give us a directory structure of the server dir? Also, this file: /home/minecraft/multicraft/servers/server9/plugins/Essentials/warps/mining.yml might help us.

Judging from the crashreport there's an invalid team state for one of you. Try restarting the server. If that doesn't work you might want to log in with one person only and use /scoreboard to clear the player's teams and add to a new one, repeat this for the other player. That's what I can...

My googling reveals that you're looking at a All-in-one pc, if you're going to go with a desktop, you might want to get something a bit better than a Nvidia GeForce GT 610M.
