    And i cant seem to find anymanganeese in my world, is it only in a specific biome or is it just rare.. I can make armor that is not my problem, its just the tools, and in NEI it doesnt show the recipe for the tools :/

    In the modpack horizons, there is the mod metallurgy 3, but i cant seem to craft any tools from the mod, why is that?

    I dont know if im just retarded, but i cant seem to be able to craft metallurgy tools, i've researched and it says that they are crafted the same way normal tools are but i cant seem to craft them.
