On my FTB singleplayer world, i have been getting frequent lag spikes/freezes basically every 5 seconds, sometimes a little more than 5 seconds. I checked my log and it says at net.minecraft.server.Minecraftserver.func_71267_a(MinecraftServer.java:360). It won't let me paste my log into...

I have 2 questions; For the level.data, i found 2 in my old singleplayer world folder named level.dat_old and level.dat_mcr. which one do i copy paste. And where do i copy paste the level.data and do i copy paste the whole thing?

um... how do i get to those level.data files? Sorry im such a noob with this stuff :"(

Wait can you guys tell me how to replace me level.data files and how to get to them to get my world back? I don't know how to do that :/

For me the world has crashed without morphs. For example, the first time mine crashed and deleted was when i was mining in a ravine in a regular world and the second time it happened in the Twilight.

The Version that i am playing is Direwolf20 (v..1.0.14) Minecraft Version 1.6.4. Any easy explanation on how to get my world back or how to fix this would be great! Thanks!
