    So it would appear that i could not make the modpacks.xml file so got a friend to send it to me but no matter now a new error appeared, shown at the pastebin link http://pastebin.com/NW8rUhMy

    Yes i tried that but no matter what my FTB will keeping saving some files in the roaming folder.. wich is under my username, will i need to change my username for my computer to maybe fix it?.

    Didn't seem to change anything, i changed the download location to a folder on the desktop as the link you provided told me to, though the same message seems to be appearing. http://pastebin.com/tkmJerkR

    So i was going to play some FTB with a friend yesterday but as i started the launcher it just froze on Please wait while mods are being loaded... and stayed like that for some hours, i thought that my java could be the problem so went ahead and unistalled and reinstalled it but even after that...
