So, the issue I had with modded mobs not spawning was caused by Optifine it turns out. I need Optifine though to be able to run the pack. So, does anyone know a version of Optifine that doesn't stop modded mobs from spawning? Or better yet, does anyone know why and how to fix this?

So, for some reason, certain mobs aren't spawning in the Nether. Nitro Creepers, Goblins, and the 2 Nether Chickens aren't spawning. I've looked online for so long and couldn't find one answer. I made a large 9 chunk platform and afked near that, afked near the 9 different fortresses I found...
