    Mekanism's Pressurized Reaction Chamber Not Outputting HDPE Pellets

    The Pressurized Reaction Chamber does not seem to want to create HDPE Pellets, even though I've given it what it needs (Liquid Ethylene (Liquid), Oxygen (Gas) and Substrate (Material). Has anyone else encountered this problem?
