Mekanism's Pressurized Reaction Chamber Not Outputting HDPE Pellets

The Pressurized Reaction Chamber does not seem to want to create HDPE Pellets, even though I've given it what it needs (Liquid Ethylene (Liquid), Oxygen (Gas) and Substrate (Material). Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Nevermind, I've solved this problem. Apparently, the machine had a Speed upgrade installed (which makes the machine require more power) and was requesting too much power at once? I guess? Apparently the PRC uses a whopping 1000 J/t (1kJ/t) even without upgrades, which is a lot more than the other machines I've been used to using.
