Yeah I have HQM, don't really get what you mean my "did you update any mods" these are new worlds. What does HQM have do with anything?

it get's more odd. I got a fresh instance, still the same thing with the not being able to get on a world, but now when I'm on the main page and hit "quit game" it shuts down like normal, but I find that it goes into Background programs... only way I found this out was going into task manager.

Do you think putting my mod versions could help?

What mod is it from? Is it from Blood Magic, Forbidden magic, some other Blood magic addon? It'd be helpful to know what mod it is from (Edit) it seems like it is from Forbidden Magic and it looks like it gives you Blood Shards, I assume a cross over from Botania and Blood Magic. Not 100% sure...

I downloaded latest FMP / CC mods. Works fine now. I could go back to the world, but it wouldn't have the FMP placed, it'd still be in my inventory.

FMP downloads it self right? That's how I'm getting it. UNLESS it's like Lib Sandstone with Reliquary, and you have to delete it once for it to be the one.
