I know that RoC can produce thousands of RF/tick with a High Temperature Gas Reactor . The only thing you need to make TRISO Fuel Pellets fresh again is Graphite, made from Coal . Magical Crops could be very useful here :)

Yeah I tried to let it stay at 900RPM but it's very hard to find the right amount of Steam per tick xD I know that i could harvest the grass, but the flowers are fairly rare while spawned by a sprinkler, and I don't need essence seeds or Canola seeds

Here we are ! Well, I agree, for now my turbine just stay at 1054.9 RPM and just output 1038 RF per tick . That's just because I did only one setup -> 2 Farm with Harvester and Planter and a 3x3x2 Steam Boiler . If I create 3 more setups, I'll output around 4000 RF per tick, and I can go over...
