    Well, it's probably old information that was correct when they posted it. Let's bear in mind that we've also heard from Wyld and Slowpoke that it'll be "Several hours" "tomorrow" "36 hours", etc.

    One thing that has to be taken into consideration about the 1.4.7 packs, is that even when 1.6 is available, the Ultimate/DW20/etc packs can't be brought up-to-date until all the mods are updated, and I'm specifically talking about RedPower2. If/when Eloraam finally gets around to updating it...

    ID conflicts tend to be fairly easy to resolve. It's mod interaction and getting the configs right that takes up a lot of the time. Does one mod make a machine from another mod totally overpowered? Do some mods generate the same type or ores but with different IDs? There's a lot of stuff...

    Yeah, I did try adding it manually, but I'd rather wait for it to be added properly, in case once it's officially added, the ID settings aren't the same as my own. Ah well, I can wait :)

    I put a 1.5.1 pack together a few weeks ago and the same happened to me. I think it's supposed to be like that? I remember seeing similar in some of DW20's ForgeCraft vids. It's supposed to give you an easy way to get ores early game.

    No it won't be compatible. The new 1.5.x pack will be separate, and missing some mods (mainly Red Power 2), so you can't use your old maps from 1.4.7 packs. You will have to wait for Ultimate, DW20 etc to be updated, once RP2 and other mods are updated.
