Well I managed to accidentaly wipe out the whole minecraft folder of mine in an unrecoverable way :P The last system backup I did is weeks old, so for now I'm going to wait for the pack to stabilize and after I'm gonna restart. Until then.. :)

I think you can hammer dirt forr it or something. There are magic rods from botania which can place dirt/water. I'd suggest making the sugar cane reward as non-optional though!

How much lava is there at the bottom of the map? Can I rely on it being 'infinite'? :D

Yeah grinding meteors just got way too boring and grindy (don't have that much time to spend gaming, but I still wan't to progress), so I decided to install VeinMiner mod; problem solved for me :)

I am getting spider eyes by manually killing them with a fortune weapon. I'm using poisonous spider spawner which is near my base, they are collected with water to a central place. For me bigger problem are ghast tears..I found a campfire and it is working, but it is the slowest of them all.

Well I knew there was an ore generating flower in botania, I just didn't know it is this useful.

How do you drop charcoal on endoflames? I know open crate can do it, but it just spits all of them too fast, I'd need a slower approach

Could you post a pic or at least describe your ore gen farm? You have one orechid only? How do you fuel it?

Is there a way to manually adjust the dropchance of hammering meteors? There a bit low for my liking..I've been trying and was not yet successful at getting a fortune hammer..

Sometimes my basic cod fishes are unhappy and not working. When that happens, I just take out one of the fishes, the reinsert it and it seems to solve the issue. Is it possible to insert more items at once into a pneumaticcraft chamber? Right now I'm using hoppers but they seem to be ineffective.

Yeah I did have flowers + leaves with me, but when exploring dungeons or farming ender pearls etc you cannot easily avoid being hit. Other annoying thing was, that once my sanity went low, i'd surreound myself with leaves, but it went up by only 0,2%/second, which forced me to go up from the...

As Mewt said, use hammer on meteors. I personally cheat at this, because otherwise it just seems waaay to grindy, so I use the veinminer mod, which allows you to mine adjacent blocks of the same type. Also I disabled enviro sanity, because in the dungeons after getting hit by one-two-three mobs...

It is also a (different kind) of problem, when you have camel pack in the terrasteel chest plate and you take it off to refill

Any place to find some protips for the mid-game? I need tons of galgadorian metals. Obsidian + diamond seems to be ok, How much mana it needs? Right now I have 2x8 thermalilies around two lava source blocks (flood gate). Would that system be able to keep up with it?

interesting..I'll look for them.. What is the best way for fighting insanity? I mean often I need to get up from the dungeon just because I went insane.. I have flover on my hotbar and all.. It is increasing, but very slowly.

BTW i managed to find that campfire for ghasts, works like a charm. However I still lack a good source of blazerods. (I could go to the nether but I die there every time, I'm waiting to complete my terrasteel armor set for better protection)

I've enchanted my terrasteel chestplate with 30lvl and got protection IV and unbreaking III, so yes, you can! :)
