[20:11:21] [Client thread/ERROR]: Failed to scan D:\Feed The Beast\FTBInfinity\minecraft\mods\Carpenter's Blocks v3.3.6 - MC 1.7.10.jar, the zip file is invalid
I am guessing your install got corrupted, so try reinstalling the modpack.
Looks like you have a similar problem as described here : http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/1-4-1-crash-when-starting-ftb-for-the-second-time-mac.87310/
Mystcraft profiling runs only once, afaik. This sounds more like garbage collection issues, so either too much, or too little memory. Try somewhere between 2 and 4 gigs.
Smells very much like you have the same problem as mentioned here : http://forum.feed-the-beast.com/threads/1-4-1-crash-when-starting-ftb-for-the-second-time-mac.87310/
Well, you could post the normal logfile (see the log directory), but since this turned into a jvm crash, I have no idea how to continue. I do think it is related to graphics/opengl, so maybe play with the graphics settings, see if the crash goes away?
I don't know. Maybe it is the same problem, maybe it is new. You could try and verify that using the latest FML version, but I think you'll have to update a lot of mods then as well. I would definitely report it to the FML people on github.
It very much looks to me like a problem related to graphics/opengl. I am wondering if it has something to do with going 'fullscreen'. So would this only occur if you went 'fullscreen' in the previous game? You could try and change 'fullscreen' back to 'false' in the options file, and see if it...
Java version ruled out, so this remains as the next problem to solve/suggestion to follow. If a force update doesn't work, you can also check more suggestions here : http://support.feed-the-beast.com/t/basic-troubleshooting-guide/39
