Dude work on your logic...if the launcher was not made to support 1.6.x then the people at FTB could never make a 1.6.x mod pack nor could people like you or I make third party mod packs.

If want to update Binnie mods to 1.7.3b then you need to update AE to rv12.b. Now go to the configs and open the AE on and change ID 4094 to something else (I used 4050.) I wonder why they conflict...
