I know that you said that you had completed all open quests, but a friend of mine hadn't killed the Enderman quest in the First Chapter and when he did that one, all sorts of quests opened up. Just a thought, he thought he had completed all too.

The chests are usually found around Kelp Forests.

Can I just ask why you are playing this pack if you are going to disable or change the way the pack works, why not just play a normal pack.

You could try Bind Mode on your wand to bind the Endoflame to the Spreader.

From what I can see, you are only using a 32bit System... most FTB Packs will only run on a 64bit
