TBH the only bug is that it interacts with water at all. You are supposed to craft the milk bottles in a crafting grid. You can use MFRs fluid crafter or TE'S cyclic assembler filled with milk to make it easier. It is odd that you get water from the blocks though. Sent from my GT-I9100...
