Basically, items won't transfer from chest to chest without something to connect them, so all the items are just going into the first chest. Just do what Fergcraft says, it should work. Though Tubes would work better for this, as otherwise they won't go into a random chest.

Do Chunkloaders help? Since other systems work, probably not. In any case, I like the idea of using Magic Mirrors to transport stuff.

Is SCB or SMB more difficult than Minecraft? In which case say someone made a mod to make MC as difficult as those. Would that, again, not be any more difficult?

Eh, tau was invented, just as base 12 was invented. Pi'll stay in more common use, and I think mostly everyone on this thread knows that suggesting a total conversion to tau's absurd.

Are you on a server? Because that sounds exactly like a really bizarre case of miscommunication between the client and the server. Anyways, does only one of the Copper Dust smelt? What's the hurdle for only being able to get 1 Copper Ingot?

Looks like something's wrong with your Forestry installation. Maybe your texture pack's not installed correctly? Or maybe re-download Forestry?

Yep. Definitely, just so long as other mods you added don't conflict. If you want to add Liquid Metals back in, find some unused IDs and set Liquid Metals' IDs to those via the config files.

Can I just say something? With Ender Asteroids, the End isn't finite. In any case, I like the idea, but only as long as the end ores are extremely clever. Like Mysterious Ores clever.

You need to work out Liquid Metals' configs, it's an ID conflict between Buildcraft and Liquid Metals.
