If just stopping them from spawning at all is ok, then go for magnum torches. They're a tad expensive, but they stop hostile spawning in a 64x64 block area. (You need ghast tears for part of the recipe, my tip for that is go to the twilight forest and find the tower in the dark forest biome...

Is it possible MMC will still improve my performance even if I have the launcher window closing after I load the pack? As it is, I honestly don't see what part of the FTB launcher is active when actually playing the game. Maybe I'm not thinking about it in the right way. :P

Hmm yes, I just checked the dates on the thread, and it looks like it was only recently revived, so there's only been one or two posts since the Infinity pack was created. Infinity is pretty much the most popular pack right now though, so I'm sure some seeds will be posted there soon, otherwise...

Update time! Main element this time is an extension to the house/manor: So, quite alot done this episode, but I feel it's past time I got stuck into some proper mod stuff. I'll probably spend some time doing botania basics, learning how the mod works. I plan to stick to magic mods...
